Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to every Buyer and Recipient using A Note For You. It exists to keep the Service a safe, personal space — please read it before adding photos or notes.

1. Our Standard

A Note For You is built for sincere, personal messages between people who care about each other. Every photo and note you upload must comply with this Code of Conduct, whether it's visible only to you, shared with a single Recipient, or shared more widely (for example, through the social sharing feature).

Zero tolerance: nudity, sexual content, and content endangering minors.

Nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive photography is strictly prohibited, with no exceptions. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement, as required or appropriate.

If you're a Recipient (or anyone else) who has seen content or experienced conduct through the Service that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to support@anoteforyou.app. Include as much detail as you can (the gift link, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots) so we can investigate promptly. We take every report seriously.
